Wayne Logan is an in-state recruiter for the Pigman College of Engineering. In this role, he serves current high school and transfer students seeking to attend the University of Kentucky, by visiting high schools, attending college fairs, and hosting campus visits. Wayne also helps oversee the Underrepresented Student Organizations within the College of Engineering.
Wayne is originally from Corbin, Kentucky and attended the University of Kentucky for his undergraduate degree in Education before working for Campus Outreach, a college ministry, at UK for six years prior to joining the recruiting team in the College of Engineering. Wayne and his wife Morgan have two daughters whom they are training to be Wildcat fans from birth. Wayne enjoys playing and watching sports, going on walks with his family, watching movies, reading, and playing cards and board games.
